      I remember when I first started a account with the credit union 10-15 years ago at the branch in Eufaula, Al. The customer service could not be touch! I deal with 3 different banks/ credit unions and FIVE STAR CREDIT UNION (as a whole, not speaking in reference to this location in particular) has the worst customer service EVER! They don’t value the customers AT ALL. Just poor everything. Can’t get a call back, answer about anything. Every single 1 needs to be closed! Periodt! Just awful. Beware when you get loans from them cause they will add on coverage that you probably don’t need, READ READ READ YOUR PAPERS..

      Bad Customer service been having an on going problem about a refund since February 2021. I have wasted hours over the phone and they dont seem to care about trying to actually help.
