  I just recently moved to the area and had some issues with my online account. Casey Flaminio was there to help me with any questions I had and the issue with my mobile app. I had pleasant experiences with other branches of Flagstar, but when Casey came to help, she was very polite, helpful and went above and beyond for helping me out. 12/10, I recommend her. The other employees are just as great too, but every time I went in, Casey was the one who helped me out.

  I was travelling out of state and their atm stole my ONLY debit card. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Thank God I have a bank, and a banker that helped me in this situation. Truly an awful experience with this bank.

  My wife and I are moving back to the area and needed a local bank, however we travel a lot and wanted a bank with a larger footprint. Flagstar fit our needs, and they folks at Flagstar in Iron Mountain were great. Tiffany made opening our new accounts quick and easy. She made sure we had the mobile app all set up, and provided temporary debit cards for us to use until we get our permanent ones. Lastly, the branch manager called my wife to make sure we had a great experience and that all our questions were answered. Coming back from a big city, it's nice to get the small town friendly service again. Thanks everyone at Flagstar.
