      OMG, I couldn't believe the sad reviews. I've had dealings with James on numerous occasions getting problems solved, also making changes to accounts. The staff was always courteous and helpful. They treated my very elderly mother with patience and respect. Need I say more. I wouldn't have second thoughts about requesting help from this bank.
