      Had an issue with my checking account and spoke to Brooke at the West Ave location on 7/12/22. She offered excellent customer service and spoke to her manager about resolving the issue. The manager and Brooke worked very hard to resolve the issue I had on my account. I highly recommend Flagstar Bank particularly the one at the West Ave location and I'm so appreciative of their hard work and dedication to their customers!

      I was miss lead when I opened the account the lady asked me how I heard about flag star I told her about the flier I received about opening up an account and receive 250:00 but she didn’t ask for the flier and she didn’t apply it either she tricked me me into believing that she was going to do it .
