  They where helpful and patient with me while I worked on needed paperwork. They understood what I needed and had the resources to fulfill my needs as a bank. The process was easy and if I had questions all I needed to do was call them.

  Worst customer service ever. My mortgage was unfortunately changed to Flagstar Bank and it has been the most disappointing experience ever. Their customer service is absolutely useless and can never their customer loyalty is zero. If I could give them no start I defiantly would.
