  Sean Balcom and his team are fantastic to work with. They worked very hard during a busy season to secure the house for us and made every attempt to get us the best rate possible. We were able to get very competitive rates and working with Sean was easy and smooth. I highly recommend Flagstar Bank for your loans!

  They say never go with the first one to show you any interest and they are correct. Jerad Kinney was quite possibly the worst person I have ever worked with. After lying to me for 3 weeks, when I confronted him about it he didn't even want to let me talk. Looking for my first home with my wife started smooth but needed some work on our credit. Jerad started nice but as time went on he would email me saying one thing and when it didn't happen he would claim I didn't understand. He moved very slow and at one point told me if someone else could get me a loan then he would point me to them. Well I had all but forgotten about Jerad after ROCKET MORGAGE helped me close on my house. Until I passed a Flagstar today and all the anger came back. It is currently Feb 2022 and this was in Sep 20221 I got so angery I pulled over to write this review.

  Sean, Thomas, Teresa and the team are excellent. They work hard and were patient with all my questions. They made my first home buying experience wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!
