  Terrible. My loan is currently with them and I was considering refinancing. They refused to send me an estimate without pulling my credit. Why would I let you pull my credit before I can see what your offering? This was probably the easiest sale ever too, perfect credit, low DTI and you already have my loan.... Fees are low, but rates are high.

  Ive tried multiple times to get clarification on when my home owners insurance would be paid through escrow. My insurance company has sent 2 notices already and it is due in 8 days. Every time I call i am told it will be released this month for payment... except if its not released and paid before the due date I am the one screwed. It would be great if you can actually pay my homeowners insurance out of the money you already have in escrow BEFORE the due date and tell me that instead of it will be released this month.
