      I can confidently advise anyone thinking of coming to Flagstar Bank and working with Vishwanauth (Rudy) Balliram and his team, DO NOT DO IT! I was in contract for over 100 days, I was lied too, and work was not being done to help me get approve for this loan. He does not communicate with ANYONE. he makes up excuses for EVERYTHING. He cost me loosing some of my down payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
