Her professionalism, knowledge and most importantly - her CARE for us as clients - resulted in a smooth and successful process. Always available, always there to help.   Amazing staff! Brandi and Kelly with Flat Branch were amazing to work with! They made my first home buying experience a breeze! I felt extremely comfortable with them! The technology this company uses is so fun and makes things very explanatory! The app for tracking the status of your loan is fun and easy to track. They are excellent at communication and go above and beyond to help you through it all! I will forever be grateful to them! I would not have thought I would be buying a home any time soon with my credit history, but they made it happen and were able to land a great interest rate and make me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process! They are personable and kind! Even in today's housing market they were able to be flexible and make things happen! They are the reason I am getting ready to move into my first and what I plan to be a long time home! This team is amazing!! And, if you are looking for a Realtor in the KC market, The Moreno Group is amazing! As well as Alliance Nationwide Title Agency, LLC- Basehor, KS!! These teams couldn't be better!!
