      Excellent, professional, responsive, and most importantly PERSONABLE!! These words don't do it's justice for how wonderful of an experience we had with Flat Branch Home Loans. I worked directly with Kendell Kite and Dennis Tate. They took the time to ensure that we were informed, kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, and were SUPER responsive. All of these things were super important to us, especially as first time home buyers. Its fair to say all of the horror stories I have heard about the home buying process were absolutely not true for us! Dennis Tate and his team truly made all of our worries disappear and got us into the starter home of our dreams!
