In response to my last unsuccessful refinance with (Freedom) for being a so called top 3 or 5 mortgage lender, Theodore was a breath of fresh air in his response time, breaking down situational things with finances and just overall a plain joy to work with. Why mortgage lenders can't be like this will remain a mystery, but that just goes to show you the type of integrity and compassion Theodore has and the company in Omaha that made the correct choice of having this person represent them. Really a 5 star performance and service. Could've asked for any better representation in this process. Thank you Mutual of Omaha, you're a true gem.
