Josh provided the BEST experience in buying a new home I could have asked for. I talked with a couple companies prior to deciding to use Flat Branch and I can say that Josh with FBHL was the most responsive and helpful. We had a unique situation for buying a home and he gave tons of information and tips on how we could make things work for our new home loan. Steve, Zach, Christina, and the rest of the team went above and beyond our expectations in helping us purchase our first home.
