      We approached the Flatirons team with a somewhat complex family investment portfolio restructuring request. After intently listening to our objectives, the Flatirons team came back with a sound and thoughtful proposal which hit on all of our objectives (it was obvious they had listened). Even in the 11th hour when an issue was uncovered, the Flatirons team didn't hesitate or balk and worked right through the problem with little additional effort on our part. Through the team's hard work and professionalism, we successfully closed on all the loans in a simultaneous close which was a new experience to everyone in the room.
