      My biggest mistake in refinancing my loan: not starting with Mutual Security Mortgage first. I have a complex and non-traditional income, but they were able to easily and seamlessly review my documents to confirm I could refinance my property. Not only were they able to navigate the myriad of rules for non-traditional income, but were able to process my loan in less than 3 weeks (from first call to closing including several federal holidays). This team was highly responsive to all my questions and performs their tasks with exceptional professionalism and excellence. I would give them 7:5 stars for providing excellent service. I've learned my lesson and the next time I need a loan, I'm calling them first.

      I am a renter and I rented a property from David Wein. He has no regard for the legal, binding conditions of our lease agreement and his actions border on harassment. Our lease clearly states that we must give notice within 30 days of lease expiration. Yet now, at 50 days out, he has given us only 48 hours to make a decision. Upon referencing the lease that we all signed, he has responded with pettiness and disregard for the binding agreement. We have been nothing but amazing renters. Always getting our rent in on time, not causing issues, we even repainted the inside of the house. There is no grounds for his behavior. I would never work with this person in any capacity.

      Awful Mortgage Broker named Dianna Goodfellow! Firstly, Please note that I am not the borrower, so maybe that is the reason why I received such awful customer service, from Dianna. The process that I was involved in, was very little, but every step was incredibly painful and the last step was the worst. The reason for the one star review is because the distribution of proceeds was delayed by several days due directly from her inaction.
