Florence savings bank has been absolutely wonderful to me , my account was compromised due to a scammer , they were on top of things so fast. A company that is truly there for the costumers. They have helped me out so many times .you get a A plus for Compassion. will never change banks been with you guys. since i was 16 almost 40 now

I got a brand new debit card in the mail last few days ago from Florence Savings Bank that I waited past few days ago. I tried everything to activate the card with the phone number on the card that sayed to activate your card. I called that number a few times to activate the card and it keep saying the card security number is not found and I keep on have the same problem so I called the costumes service line and I never had a horrible experience in my life with the person on the phone she didn't even trying to help me and keep tell me that I have to call that number on the card and got told that I maybe not doing it right. I told her everything that I did and she just didn't hear me about my problem with the card. I am a very disappointed customer with there bank and I am never coming back to them never again

Florence Savings Bank appears to be a good thing I've been doing business with them for over 10 years I just recently went in this morning to the Easthampton Branch to apply for overdraft credit they send you all information advertising the credit but then when you go to apply they say you have to have a credit score of 720 or better what's the point in advertising the service when only a limited fuel can I access it.
