      Staff always greets you when you walk in, makes eye contact, carry's a conversation w/ you, always smiling, very polite, ask if there's anything else they can help with, and they always make you want to come back. Atmosphere is NICE!!!!

      I called the CEO John Heaps Jr , because I had questions regarding loan options through Florence Bank. Before I could even say who I was he says too me Im good , and spiked the phone on me . Like are you kidding me . The CEO of this organization really just hung up on a prospective customer . Needless to say I wont be doing business with this organization . Go to another bank.
