  I have always had very positive experiences at Florence Bank. Excellent customer service, friendly tellers and a special shout out to Lee at the King Street branch for her expert help over the years.

  March 28th 2022: Let me tell you about my experience with FSB on King St. After opening a new savings account with my husband, I go to deposit a check which should be very routine. The teller at the drive thru was so rude and accusatory. She insisted I signed my husbands name for him. It's a joint account #1. #2 we both signed the check that was addressed to us both. Separately. She could even see our signatures on file to verify that. She gets a "supervisor" to review the account before agreeing to deposit it. The supervisor said NOTHING to me. 15minutes later they take my money meanwhile the teller was treating me like a CRIMINAL. Depositing MY OWN MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT. It was completely absurd. UPDATE 3/29/22: Received a call from the branch manager Lee. The ONLY RERASON I changed my review to 3 stars is because Lee handled my complaint graciously and was extremely understanding. I must say I am a bit easy for my next return to the bank for a deposit but I was assured I would not be treated the same way again. Only time will tell. A big thank you to Lee for contacting me and trying to resolve the situation. I share the same responsibility at my place of business and know how difficult those calls can be. 5 stars for Lee. 3 for the branch.
