  If anyone is looking for a great person to work with-Flow Mortage and Taina Armiche was the best choice for my husband and myself. She was professional, respectful and made the process so easy. In around 22 days we closed, got a great rate(APR). She was available from 8 am to 9 pm to answer any questions we had. She always kept us up to date on every step of the process. Taina- Thank you so much for saving us a bunch of money and offering a few options for the re-fi. If i have any family or friends who are looking for a home loan a re-fi am sending them your way.   Our refinance experience with Taina was awesome! She was an absolute professional who kept us abreast every step of the way. Although I have had about 10 loans over the last 30 years, no one has ever taken the time to explain everything to me. She provided various options as we wanted to get the lowest interest rate--to ensure we never felt trapped in our decisions. Her and Juliana went the extra mile with their customer service and helpfulness. We closed in less than 30 days and the closing itself took less than 30 minutes in our home. I highly recommend Flow Mortgage to anyone looked for a positive, professional and pleasant financial transaction!
