  Yael and her team - Tova and Rivky were very helpful, answered all my questions, and important of all - worked quick and efficient. My real estate agent in Toms River - Yosef Segal (great real estate agent if you looking to buy in Toms River or Jackson) recommended me to contact her. Yael and her team were quickly able to start my application and lock me a good rate. Then, during the mortgage process Yael assigned Rivky to handle my application and she was always available by phone and email to answer any question. And if there's something I'm looking at when I get a service from any business I work with - is a quick response. And Yael and her team always responded quick. During the application they communicated on a daily basis with an updates and when needed communicated with my agent and the seller agent and made the process smooth and efficient. When I was reading some reviews about Yael when I started the mortgage process, I saw a comment about her in Yelp saying that she beg to her clients to give her 5 stars and good reviews - guess what! She never asked me to do so. Actually after I got the mortgage I asked if she wants me to rate her 5 stars and the answer was only "thank you". But no one really asked me to do so. So here I give 5 stars. Not because anyone asked me to do so, but because I got a great service and I think she deserves 5 stars. So if you getting a new home, I really recommend work with Yael from FM.

  With Yael's help we are able to get approved for our First mortgage at a rate that we could afford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-)
