      Anthony was an amazing help. Guided me the entire way throughout the year long lending process. I could not have asked for a better lender. Rachel, who is apart of Anthony's team, was always available to assist with guiding throughout the process as well when Anthony was assisting other clients.       I really enjoyed my experience with FM Lending Services. I worked with Anthony Pellegrino and was surprised by how simplified the process can be. I had attempted the mortgage process before through a program called NACA and found their process to be a bit extreme, discouraging and somewhat unprofessional. The staff for NACA were amateur at their roles and did not give me all of the information I needed upfront nor were they easily accessible if I had a question. Anthony is the best!! I called him with the purpose of inquiring what my options were with the intent to purchase 6 - 9 months later. He asked me for key pieces of information and within minutes, he told me I qualified for a mortgage already. Day or night, Anthony was readily available and always provided a quick response. The home-buying process was very stressful for me (this is my first time), but Anthony was reassuring in my times of concern. Very good guy and I would highly recommend Anthony and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.
