This is the worst bank service I've ever received. From their horrible website/app to the in-person support, it was utter dog water. I tried to close my account, and instead of stopping charges on the account they moved all my money out of the account and positioned it to be overdrawn without telling me. They then charged me 4 "return fees" for charges that should have been stopped because the account should have been closed. Instead of acknowledging their error and removing the fees, they forced me to pay for their mistake.
