      Drew Smith was absolutely amazing! Even with other clients, meetings, and his own family to take care of, his level of loyalty and dedication was unmatched! He was brutally honest about our chances with particular homes, but in no way made us feel as lesser people because of it. He was being a friend, not just a salesman. He broke everything down to very understandable terms and was able to do so easily because of his knowledge on the subject. My wife and I feel like we have made a friend in Drew! We never felt manipulated or pushed. He paid attention to our body language and actually listened to our feedback and found us a home rather quickly in this market. He understood our wants and desires for a home and made sure to stay true to that when giving us options. Working with Drew, we were able to find a home that checks all of our boxes, but is still within our means! Thanks Drew, for being a good person and rocking what you do!

      If you’re in Colorado and looking for a realtor, choose Chelsea and the 8z team. Period. This was my first real estate transaction and Chelsea took the time to meet with me in person, walk through the process and answer every question I had (and there were plenty). She is prompt, organized, knowledgeable, and has a winner's attitude - which was invaluable in getting under contract in this 2021 Colorado real estate market. She is a true professional and I'd recommend her and the 8z team to anyone.

      We worked with Connie Cimato to find our first home in this crazy Denver market. She always made time for us, was knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all of our questions.
