  Called ahead of time to cash a check. Confirmed that the routing number matches something that they could handle for me pulled to the drive-through and was told I would need to come inside after providing all Necessary ID et cetera and quite await they said they would not cash A check written on their own bank very rude again the manager I could hear her behind the Counter making it very clear she didn't want Be helpful at all. Terrible ...terrible. i own businesses and houses in the area I will pass the word around!

  Been a customer of this bank for like 10 years. This branch has the WORST branch manager I have ever encountered. She is very rude, unhelpful and needs to understand customer service. She doesn't. If you have to go inside to do business, save yourself anxiety by going to a different branch. I found out later in the day that FNBO CANCELED my checking account. The branch manager lied and said I was cussing at her after bringing in the documentation she said I required. This lady needs to go back to the supermarket checkout and learn some people skills. Never bank here.
