Outstanding customer service is not the norm any longer, but I experienced it today. Please do something to recognize Sonya for being such a exemplary employee for FNBO.

      Upset with the service. Since the merge, things have changed. Customer service at this branch left much to be desired. The person on the phone was short with me and unhelpful. Ended up calling corporate who solved the issue immediately. I would not go back to this branch.
