  Always friendly and always helpful. Not sure I've ever had a bad experience going in to either location other than nobody deposited a million dollars into my account accidentally.

  At first I thought..wow thT was easy, but started to realize there is something they weren't telling me. Whe. I ope ed my account I was told by my friend I would get a temporary debit card. The gentleman. Said no, not a huge deal but I convenient. Ext I get an email saying g they couldn't verify my identity? I WAS JUST SITTING IN FRONT OF THE GUY!!!!!! CLEARLY A Mistake? Nope! Then I try to sign up for moBIle banking a week later tO gain access to my funds.....NOPE! AGAIN WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED YESTERDAY, I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO PROBLEM! BUT NOW AGAIN Cbt get to my funds because they can't verify my identity? THEN WHY OR HIW AM I ABLE TO GET MY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE OR EVEN SORT the account?????IF YHIS US NOT SOLVED WITHING THE NEXT HOUR OR 2 I AM GETTING AN ATTORNEY. This is not North atte alone, I opened the account IN OMAHA SO ITS FIRST NATIONAL AS A WHOLE!
