  I'm a 3rd generation member of this bank. Always the nicest service. Greeting me by name and everything. They almost never ask me for my account number or name because they know me! Awesome. Recently I had an issue with a withdrawal I did not authorize. I was seated with a woman I have never worked with before. ( there's a small chance she was new to the branch or foothill in general ) She was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any bank! EVER! She kept pursing her lips and not looking at me when I asked questions and I could see her monitor and she was google messaging another co-worker about how bad she needed a redbull from 7/11 next door. ( asking them to grab her one when the other person went on break ect. ) She kept saying things like there is nothing we can do about this, ect. That may have been true, but the way she went speaking to me was horrendous, she hardly gave me the time of day. Perhaps it was the way I was dressed ( not kidding ) I was on a lunch break at work and was doing some very messy stuff prior. I assume there was some judgement towards me, and seeing as how the only thing I use this bank for is Loans and my credit card I feel as though she was judging me based on the balance I had in my savings and checking! I have banked her mainly because EVERYONE in my family has done so. I will be leaving this bank shortly after the way I was treating and consolidating my loans at another credit union I bank with. I'm very angry over this woman's demeanor towards me. She will not fair well when we end up having a SOCIAL CREDIT SCORE.

  I have had two different auto loans with Foothill Credit Union. They've always had great service and never had an issue until now. I moved to Las Vegas almost three years ago. Still have made my payments with no issues but when i physically went to the credit union to pay off my car i verified with the teller of my current address of where to send my title to. She called someone and was gone 10-15 minutes came back and told me "yes we will send the title to this address". Well my title was sent to my old address in Las Vegas and now i have no idea where my title is. So she either lied and did not communicate with the DMV on where to send it or didnt do it in the first place. Foothill Credit Union apologized and told me there was nothing they could do at this point. So now I have to go back to California DMV and apply for a duplicate title wasting my own time and money for their incompetence. No offer for reimbursement for screwing it up or anything. Highly disappointed and will never do business here again.

  Travis, we are sincerely apologetic for your experience. Unfortunately, Foothill does not have access to change DMV records. We held an electronic title for your vehicle; therefore, when your loan was paid off, we initialize the process and DMV is responsible for mailing out a perfected title to the address they have on file.
