*update* Check was finally received and also received a lengthy and apologetic voicemail* Very disorganized. Paperwork was revised several times, and still wrong at the closing. Was also charged $30 for an immediate wire transfer, that took over 24 hours. Ask for a check, you actually get that at closing. I was told they would mail me a check for the $30 since they took so long to wire me the money, and never got the check. Save yourself a lot of time, money and headaches and use a better agency!
