      My husband and I have worked with Forest twice - once back in 2020 for a refinance of our primary residence and more recently during our efforts to secure a vacation property in Hawaii. Forest takes above and beyond to a whole new level in terms of his responsiveness, proactiveness, follow through and knowledge sharing. He has always been extremely patient with any and all questions and never once shows any ounce of frustration or judgment. I will readily admit that I am a pretty demanding person with high standards as it relates to professionalism and business relationships and there are maybe one or two people whose character matches Forest's. I trust his insight, purview and recommend him without hesitation. He has consistently delivered either or early or on time - never a minute, hour or day late. I feel very lucky to have formed a solid business relationship with Forest and will not hesitate to work with him again for our next real estate transaction.
