      I have been with Forge for almost a year. I had a very good experience opening my accounts. I called numerous times with questions and all staff have been patient and helpful. They are just as nice and helpful in person. So far I have not had a bad or negative experience. The ladies are great at the Upper Darby location.

      The front desk women are very rude and nasty I don’t like to come in or call this bank because of them I’ve banked here for years and the last 2-3 have been horrible witch is sad because before the new two women everyone was so nice and helpful smh

      Must unpleasant customer service on the phone…very rude…..teller with voice accent always rude when answering the phone and in person…loan officer was very rude when asking questions yell in the phone when ask to explain something that they did wrong and hung up in the customer ear never would I ever wanna do banking here again would not recommend to anyone…always thought is was a great bank to do business with ..but when they become rude and nasty to customer I would rather give my service to a place that treat people with respect
