      I had a truck financed through the FWCCU a few years ago for a great rate with zero issues. I just obtained a new loan for another vehicle. My loan officer was Samantha, she's awesome. I was able to get an application, approval, and funding within a matter of days (all online in conjunction with Carvana). She made the process smooth and I greatly appreciate her assistance. So glad to be working with FWCCU again!

      Sandra V. is Awesome. she gave me a loan and found she could Refinanced my auto loan to half the percentage i was originally paying.

      Buyer beware. The loan officer Sandra Vallecillo will lie to you and try and MAKE you buy their warranty even if the dealers warranty is better coverage for less. If you want the dealer warranty they will then tell you that you have to put more money down. Very shady business.

Since you are not one of our members but the sales rep from a small car dealership, we understand there is competition to sell warranties but writing negative false reviews against competitors is not good business. As many of our actual members who have mentioned Sandra by name in very positive reviews have previously stated, Fort Worth City Credit Union is committed to the financial well-being of our members and we do not force anyone to buy add-on products from us.
