The tellers are always nice, it’s just that the lines get sooooooo long because there’s never enough tellers working. 1/3 is usual and the tellers at the drive up window aren’t helpful at all to the people inside the bank.

We were hoping this would be a great bank for us after we pcsed. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Their customer service is always rude and seems short with everyone, and it doesn't feel like they care about you as a customer. Weve never missed a payment on our car loan through them, and make payments twice a month. We've called and worked this out time and time again, but mid-month the phone calls start over and over.
