      Recently, sold my house and the buyer used this Title Company. Upon closing my lawyer requested the proceeds be wired to my account. They ignored the request and proceeded to mail a check. The check unfortunately took 5 days to clear costing me interest on loans that were a result of selling the house. Do not trust this firm to do the right thing!
