      The Branch manager, Matt, was very unprofessional when assisting me. His attitude toward me was completely uncalled for. I do not recommend this credit union when looking for care or professionalism.

      I am a member of four different credit unions and Founders is by far the worst. Unfortunately, I worked with Matt Gross in the Clemson branch and it is apparent from his attitude towards me, and other customers, that his sole concern is the bottom line. He demonstrated very little care, attentiveness, and compassion and I would advise anyone who is thinking of joining this credit union to stay far away from Founders as possible.
