      I have a personal loan with Founders and I pay extra on my payments for dept protection in case I lose my job. I got laid off and I called to file the claim what I PAY FOR and the assistant number they give you isn't the right number. I got transferred 4 times to different people bc I "wasn't in the right department" and I waited over an hour total on hold. Just to be told the only way I could claim what I PAID FOR is if I'm on unemployment. Insurance and Banks are some of the biggest scams in America I'm glad to know I paid for something for 2 years that I can't even use. Thanks for nothing Founders scam union
