I have been involved with Founders bank for a few years now and have a good amount of family and close friends that are as well but that will be changing soon. It's a lot of very polite & caring people there but Mr. Estees (Dave) was SO over the top rude for absolutely no reason at all and was Very unprofessional. It made my whole experience bad out of almost 3 years. Unfortunately I would not recommend him at all.

Branch loves to take your money but customer service is terrible at times. I have seen them be willing to give away a pen but heaven forbid wouldnt give away a cheap 10cent mask to a customer that looked in need. Personally, have had them tell me this is the last bank card we will give you. Doesn't matter I'd you have $10k in their bank and pay the customer service fee of $7. Are you seriously threatening a customer? To withhold access to their money? Hmmmmm.... I think your management is in the wrong field.
