      Brian Carter is the absolute worst. I called in for assistance with my account and he wasn’t willing to help. It’s ridiculous that the only late payment on my entire credit report in from 2018. I have been on time since throughout the entire pandemic. It’s hindering my credit score and I requested it be removed and he refused. Didn’t even look into it just point blank No. that’s disappointing as I don’t have a poor payment history just one late payment when my autopay was somehow removed 4 years ago. This is insane!

      I would never come back to this location. I don’t understand how I got approve for a personal loan and a credit card and I can’t get a checkings account 🤦🏿‍♂️ The loan office told me it’s up to the branch manager because I had an account that went in the negatives last year, which was a couple of dollars and I had no idea it was in the negatives. If you want help go to another branch because this one is not it. Told me to wait 6 months and I can come and open another one, 8’months later and still no help.
