      Customer service could have been ALOT better.... Went here instead of going to my usual Founders on Main St. and let's just say I should've stuck with main st. I came in expecting the same friendly service I receive from other Founders yet left unsatisfied and uninformed. I spoke with Tambra who gave cold dry service the ENTIRE time during my meeting with her. She did not greet me or my child. I would of never known her name if it wasn't on her desk. This service wasn't helpful at all basically a useless credit check on my report because she didn't even tell me what steps I should take next. I do not recommend! I will certainly stick with my home Founders from now on.
