  Tried to sell a home on my own that i acquired in an off market sale and when redfin failed to do the offer they had emailed me....i had put 100k into this flip wanted my investment back tried to for sale by owner and was failing...then i got a call from tony who is a long time friend saying he was selling houses and did i wanna purchase one. i was desperate. i told tony i actually need help selling one. he dove in....came to my job to talk strategy and immediatly said i need to drive to your house to see what we are up against. tony wrote out a plan of cost effective fixes,found me affordable contractors and moved forward with his team of photographers and started blasting open houses and sharing with me the fox realty advantages. almost immdiatly we had a buzz and within 3 weeks we had 3 offers and finally settled on one that was the highest and also toughest negotiator...tony handled everything well and shared feedback with me on his opinon on how to maximize our deal....tony has been a longtime friend and i worked with him in another industry and always had lots of respect. i put my confidence in tony to help me with this house sale and he helped me recapture my down payment of 96000 and also a profit so i could not be happier. i also shared with mutual friends that he had done an amazing job. tony was confident when i was nervous and i feel that is a great quality as a realtor because you need someone that is unfazed by challenges. thank you tony!!!!!!

She was very thorough in explaining each step of the home buying process and was always very responsive to any texts/calls and requests to visit houses.
