Todd Johnson, Nicole Swan, and the rest of the team from the Lake Oswego Loan Star office are by far the most efficient people in the home lending business that we've ever encountered. They saved the sale of our home and we cannot thank them enough!!!! :) CD went out last night and we officially close on Tuesday! :) They worked SO incredibly hard to get this done for us, we are just so thankful! They went above and beyond, staying late, and really working to push this through in a very short amount of time! Backstory: We were previously with another lender who gave us the run around for weeks! We sat in underwriting for WEEKS! The underwriter (who works in another state/another time-zone) left ONE thing to do on our loan for over a week. ONE THING to check off and we could have closed on time. There was ZERO sense of urgency with this other company. We were dealing with a very difficult seller who didn't want to extend the contract (for the second time), so it was imperitive we closed on time. This old company drug their feet, lied and misled us, worked with zero sense of urgency, and they completely lost ourtrust. We ended up firing them early this week. We contacted Todd at Loan Star Lake Oswego, sent him all of our documents, and he and Nicole and the underwriter and everyone else involved REALLY dove right in!!!! We had an approval that night! The total time from hiring them to closing will be less than 1 week!!!!! Absolutely amazing! We will DEFINITELY be back for our Refi and the purchase of our next home. We could NOT be happier with the service and the level of trust. We trust them completely and that is HUGE! :) Our family owes them so much!
