      My experience with flagstar was exceptional. I had a few challenges simply because I’m not to tech savvy but Frank Swartz made the process very simple. I will admit that the process of me buying my new home took longer than I had anticipated but it was worth the wait. Frank was very was consistent in making sure that all steps were taken to assure that all i’s were dotted and all y’all were crossed.
