      Wow this was the rudest, unwelcoming feeling I’ve EVER felt inside of the branch. I walked in all 3 employees in front were were conversing NOT banking business. I was totally ignored, a lady went to the the “office” and Said we will be right with you. Took yet another Short time for the teller to acknowledge me because she was talking to someone not doing any banking. Once I approached her in told her my loan officer sent an email so she went to the desk to the right. He said no then she said what’s that? Then she “checked me in” had me sit in ur green chairs then the FIRST lady comes and gets the items. SERIOUSLY!!!! Again this was the rudest, unprofessional, unwelcoming experience I’ve ever felt in a branch!!!
