      Well been a customer for over ten years we have maybe two NSF twice early on in account because of someone stealing our identity fine....ok ten years later get NSF because their drop box has no sign and they moved than told us no refund and the payment that they sent back she said it would not come out again so I repay it and guess what the they did take it again a day after a fire and now they took money from the red cross to help us for we are displaced and guess what still no refund over 40 bucks that you can't refund us we will move and pay off and leave this bank

      Don't really care for the automated service when there's a problem with a debit card. I'm close to taking my business elsewhere after years of being a member.
