  I rarely post bad reviews, but I had the worst experience with this company. We were trying to refinance a home with Franklin; however, our experience with the underwriter and company were absolutely terrible. Every document they asked for, we got to them in a timely manner- the same day or the the next. For 90 days working with them, they consistently overlooked information we already gave them, and would consistently take several days or a week to even look at what we sent in. Furthermore, it was like pulling teeth to get them to even return our phone calls. After over 3 months of working with them and dozens of hours writing and signing letters, getting random documentation and letters from old CPAs, contractors, receipts, bank visits, updated bank statements, and updated bank statements from the previous updated bank statements we sent in since it was taking so long, they didn’t even close the loan. We’ve worked with several financial institutions over the years and this would takes the cake as the worst experience we’ve ever had.
