Amazing lady!! Just look at all the other reviews. I can’t begin to express how thankful my husband and I were to have had this angel of a lender Katie Porter by our side (so to speak) every step of the way. She caught something early on that was highly suspicious on the realtor firms contract. She brought it to our attention immediately and worked tirelessly with us on multiple phone calls to other professionals and multiple conference calls with the firms owner etc… ultimately she helped get us out of this very strange business deal which allowed us to gain other more trustworthy representation and saved us A LOT of money and a lot of stress! She made this long-distance home buying process a lot of fun! I always smiled when I saw Katie pop up on my phone with a call or text 😍
