      Unorganized - Asked me for the same paperwork multiple times. Would misplace or forget important details like that I had a rental property & a second bank account. The biggest problem was they had the total numbered agreed to be paid by the seller's at closing wrong on my closing statement & showed me paying several thousand dollars more than I was supposed to. Luckily I caught it before closing.
