      Bill was great. However, the 1-800 number has The WORST customer service ever !! Trying to do a loan modification and is taking FOREVER because of them loosing documents constantly that are being faxed to them. In the meantime, my payments due are just adding up and adding up. It's possible that after this, I won't even be approved and foreclosure will start. This is absolutely ridiculous !!!!!
