      I worked with Lisa Clour and her staff on a home Equity Loan and it went so smooth and stress free. The branch is close to my home and very welcoming. Jennifer Romano at corporate was excellent as she explained the requirements and process then followed through on all the steps as promised in a timely manner. I highly recommend Franklin Bank, it was much better than going through a large bank where you are just an account number.
