      The worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s one thing to have fully automated systems and little operator assistance, but it’s another to have literally nothing at all.

      Absolutely horrific service. My wife who has taught in DE public schools for 9 years called and got nothing but attitude from the person who picked up the phone. Asked questions...got more attitude. She asked when they opened to inquire about an auto loan, then showed up only to wait in line for over an hour to be told that she was supposed to make an appointment ahead of time to talk about any loans. Yet the person on the phone never mentioned that. Such an embarrassment to those who teach our children and serve the people of Delaware. This pretend "credit union" should be ashamed of themselves.
