      There are days when this branch is closed and it is NOT posted on the website . When I have called to see if it is open there is NO answer . I have had this experience several times . Sad that this happens . And very inconvenient . On February 20th I called three times. No one picked up the phone. No one .

      Hi Jane. We appreciate your feedback. Our web site is always updated when branches have to alter their hours. It's possible your browser was caching the web site, so I would suggest refreshing the page on a day you want to visit a branch so the page updates. And so you are aware, over the last year, our Member Service Center has been open normal hours when branches have been closed for weather so give us a call at the main number 610-325-5100.       Holy mother of God. It's called Franklin mint cuz they're still stuck in the 18th century. Cant even pay them with a card over the phone or in store. Do not bank with these people
