      I see the State rd Trumark location seems to have high ratings. I cannot for the life of me imagine why. I do not go there often, but, coincidentally I usually have a bad experience there. The teller never answers the drive through call button in a timely fashion and they are never polite. They always take an unusal amount of time servicing me no matter what my business is. They are not generally pleasant or professional. I am motivated to write this review because of the topper yesterday. The teller sent my business back to me through the tube without saying a word...NO thank you...no goodbye...nothing...I felt it said here's your stuff (blank). They rate less than zero for me.

      Help me CHEEZUS! NEVER go here to use their change machine. The machine works fine, but once done you'll be invited to sit down for FIVE minutes while an associate tickety ticks on a keyboard in front of you. A few minutes in, I said "Ya know, it's less than twenty dollars. Why don't you just count out the money and I'll leave." Still waited longer. I don't need a test of my calm so badly drawn out. Have no idea how they are as a credit union but, GOTT DAMN, don't take a bag o' change in.
